"Great place. Experienced the geothermal wonderland - natural geysers, bunking muds. Māori arts and crafts Institute. They had personalised guide, who explained in detail. Good food and cultural programme. Some memoirs are available to be purchased. You can see Kiwi butlers in captivity.
Though you walk around and go closer to the geysers on foot, they arrange electric carts for your return."

"Te Puia was the highlight of our stay in Rotorua! We even extended our stay as they were booked out two days in advance. The service was top notch! The food was great! Especially the rewana bread stuffing. The cultural performance was amazing! The vocals and talent of each performer is 'wow'! Lastly the Geyser Geothermal light show was spectacular! But what stood out the most was the hospitality of Mereama and Ngataitangirua. Who treated us like whanau as soon as we walked in the door. Te Puia is a must if you are in Rotorua."

"We did the guided 90 minute tour and then the 30 minute cultural experience. Both were great, but the tour was amazing. There was no portion that felt slow. It was very informative and fun. The kiwi birds, the Maori culture, the geothermal features all came together to create an all-in-one experience."
