"The staff weren’t friendly. My partner came to play golf, and I came along to watch as part of his gallery. However, I wasn’t allowed to join him because I was wearing a crop top. This was surprising, as during our last visit, I wore a crop top as well and was allowed to accompany him without any issues.
They claimed that a new dress code had just been implemented, but I was completely unaware of it. They insisted that I go back and change, but I explained that our condo rental was quite far, so returning wasn’t an option. Still, they didn’t make any exceptions.
The woman I spoke to in the office, who I believe is the head, was not friendly and came across as very strict. I was really hoping she would be a bit more understanding, especially since we had planned to play again. Unfortunately, she wasn’t.

"I'm not a golfer but a friend took me here a while back after a funeral for lunch. I was very impressed. The food was great and inexpensive, the beer was so cold you have to drink carefully or it will freeze, the view and decor were nice, and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is that one of the time since then, the guard wouldn't let me in because of my flip flops. I was there to grab lunch and was looking forward to a cold beer but what I got was only heartbreak and hunger because of my footwear. I guess it's good to have standards but this country is hot as hell. I've been a few times after the shoe ban and have enjoyed it each time. I'll be back on Thursday in fact."
