"Pala Pala seafood market = Negros Occidental Food terminal. Inside the building, there are 3 sections : seafood market (whole sale and details), fruits and vegetables, and food plaza where you can ask the food stand to prepare and cook the seafood you bought from the seafood market. They charge 150 php per 500g of seafood.If it is 1/4 of kg, they still charge 150php.
We chose the restaurant "Neneng & Bert eatery". We bought 500g of crabs and 500g of squids. So the eatery prepared and cooked for us crabs with chili sauce spicy and salt & pepper squid. The crabs itself were very fresh, the meat crab is cooked just enough so it was juicy and good,the sauce will be better if it had less salt. The squids were cooked a bit too long so it was not crunchy but tough and chewy.
We also bought fruits in the vegetables and fruits section. The yellow melon is sweet and juicy. Very good. The Davao pomelo is good too.
We loved the experience and definitely come back again."
