"We went to visit Jang Geum and Marketplace, we were happy that we parked just in front of them BUT the parking payment?? It was not convenient like you can just pay upon exit. We even had to DRIVE DOWN the basement from outdoor parking just to pay (where our exit is just right there!) Or you even have to walk and look for the parking payment inside the mall?! (What if we just stayed in the restaurant and not inside the mall??) How inconvenient is that?!
Also, once you are in the basement, you can't even find the parking payment kiosk right away, they are even INSIDE the mall that you have to get off the car. Ugh.
Please do something that would be convenient and intuitive for the customers, especially to those first timers.
