The scenery is stunning: wide stretches of soft, dark volcanic sand, clear Atlantic water, and a view framed by lush greenery and volcanic rock. Even when it’s busy in summer, it never feels chaotic—the space and the atmosphere make it feel relaxed and welcoming.
Access is easy with free, ample parking just steps from the beach. I really appreciated the thoughtful amenities: clean showers and toilets, changing rooms, foot-washing stations, and trash bins. It’s also fully accessible, with ramps, walkways, and even amphibious beach wheelchairs, which is a big plus for families and anyone with mobility needs. Lifeguards are present during the bathing season, and the beach proudly flies the Blue Flag for safety and quality.
