What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Praia de Albandeira is lauded as a beautiful, picturesque cove with clear waters and fine sand, famous for its stunning natural arch accessible at low tide. Visitors appreciate its calm swimming conditions and unique rock formations, though its small size and limited parking mean it can get crowded, especially in peak season.
"If you want to cliff walk or sea kayak - get up and go early before the hoards."
Carl
"Beautiful spot to spend a few hours (or more) at. Stayed there after finishing our kayaking tour. Come with shade. There's a pizza bar above the beach you can get food & water at"
Ehud Riven
"We came here after realizing it was impossible to have a spot in Marinha beach. Given that it was August 2024, so high season, it was crowded but we could still find a spot. There are two sides to the beach, swimming area is a bit limited, there’s a pizza restaurant which we didn’t try. There’s shade next to the cliffs towards the afternoon, but I strongly suggest to bring an umbrella. And there’s free parking outside."
