It's a bit sporty to reach the place,but you can follow Google Maps: if you come from Alba Iulia, you will enter a small road under a bridge, longing the highway. It's 3km of rocky and muddy road, but it's feasible if it didn't rain before.
Once you reach the ravine, you can go to the hill on the right to have a nice view of the rocks, or go very close by taking the little path down. There is also a nice view on the valley."
