"Amazing, ducks willingly rest near the Temple in very large numbers. We read that ducks love oatmeal and went to buy some at Magnit opposite. We came out, and they somehow already understood that they were going to be fed. And swaying, they began to move towards us. I got a lot of positive emotions. So great. Birds in the city center. So nice)))"

"Behind the monument to the Tver merchant and traveler Afanasy Nikitin stands a small, neat church with white walls. This is the Church of the Resurrection of Christ, recently restored and returned to the faithful.
Historically, the Church of the Resurrection of Christ was built on this site between 1728 and 1731. It included a chapel dedicated to the holy martyrs and confessors of the Christian faith, Saints Gurias, Samonas, and Aviv. This is why the church is also known as the Church of the Three Confessors.
The southern chapel was built in the Empire style in the early 19th century according to the designs of the great architect Carlo Rossi.
The church is still in use; there are no murals, but note the architecture – the blend of Classicism, Baroque, and Empire styles is very unusual and memorable."
