I visited Karlovci. What a peaceful and calm place. I bought some souvenirs and took some photos. Sure, we have beautiful nature and fjords in Norway, but visiting rural places in Serbia just has another atmosphere and feeling to it. There's just something about it. Looking forward to explore more!

"During our river cruise we came here from Novi Sad for a short visit. This beautiful Serbian Orthodox Church is dedicated to Saint Nicholas. Originally it was built during 1758-1762 after demolishing an older church of St. Nicholas. Over the years it has gone through restoration many times. One can see the one of the best Serbian Baroque paintings in this church. A trip to Sremski Karlovci can't be completed without visiting this church."
