"What a disgrace!!!! We left the hotel at 06:30 we came back at 20:30. Room not cleaned! We phone reception, door locked. Phone the emergency number... no answer. Phone another number and finely get hold of someone. We were then advised that we had to send n whatsapp with our complain so that the message can be sent to the manager. After another 15min they advise that they cannot phone us back as there is no airtime on the office phone. Finely we get hold of the manager. An our and a half later, after phoning the manager several times we are moved to another room! It's 21:45 when we were moved!

All of this in n 5 star hotel!!!!"
