Visitors love Seoullo 7017 for its unique urban green space, offering stunning city views and a peaceful escape. The transformation of an old overpass into a vibrant park is widely appreciated, especially the beautiful plant arrangements. However, some find it can get crowded, and it's primarily a walking experience rather than an attraction with many activities.
"If you’re looking for a chill spot in the middle of Seoul, Seoullo 7017 is a great place to check out. It’s basically an old overpass turned into a sky garden, and it’s packed with all kinds of plants, trees, and flowers—it almost feels like a mini botanical garden in the city.
There are plenty of spots to just sit and relax, which is perfect if you need a break from walking around. I also loved the public piano—sometimes you’ll catch someone playing, and it adds a really nice vibe. There’s a cute little café too, so you can grab a drink and enjoy the view.
Speaking of views, you get a pretty awesome one of the city, and you can even see N Seoul Tower from up there. It’s all very clean and well-maintained, which makes the experience even better.
Overall, it’s a peaceful place to walk, chill, or people-watch. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!"

"Peaceful walk with great city views and a relaxed vibe
Seoullo is a beautifully repurposed overpass that runs from Seoul Station to Hoehyeon Subway Station. It’s a short, peaceful walk (less than 20 minutes end to end) but you’ll likely spend more time there soaking in the views, taking photos, and enjoying the atmosphere. I ended up staying close to an hour without even realizing it!
There’s a public piano in the middle that anyone can play, which adds a nice artistic and spontaneous feel to the area. Along the way, there are plenty of cafes nearby, some with terraces that offer even better views of the city, a great spot to relax for a bit.
While it’s not a “must-see” landmark, it’s a lovely addition to your itinerary if you have some free time, want to take a break from the busy city, or are looking to snap a few scenic photos.

"A bit hot in the sun at times, but a lovely walk through the plants. There are air conditioned kiosks with helpful attendants if you need to escape the heat. We were fortunate to hear a local fellow playing on the piano that is in one of the shelters. Well worth the time."
