What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise Palacio de las Dueñas as a 'hidden gem' and a 'must-visit' for its tranquil atmosphere, beautiful architecture, and serene gardens. Many appreciate the self-guided audio tour and the reasonable ticket price, finding it a peaceful escape from the city's busier attractions. It's often recommended as a more intimate and less crowded alternative to larger palaces.
"Wonderful self guided tour!! Plan to take about 45 minutes. It has an audio guide you can listen to in multiple languages. You can access via your phone or the gift shop has devices you can use for this purpose. A neat act is that someone actually lives in the building. He doesn't have much meaning for them or seeing them. I believe the cost was roughly 14 euros. I recommend doing the audio tour as you go through. You can skip ahead at any time, the rooms are numbered so you know which audio to select. There was some minor road construction leading to the palace, but there are signs to ensure that you can find your way"

"Palacio de las Dueñas was the highlight of my August Bank Holiday break to Seville. It's unassumingly beautiful with a natural elegance and charm, far from the madding crowd. The richly decorated rooms were delightful and the gardens tranquil, interspersed with the gentle flow from the water features. In my opinion, a must see!"
