We visited the Night Safari with our 16-month-old toddler, and she absolutely loved it! We came on a weekday evening around 6:30 PM, and it wasn’t busy at all. We paid at the booth—1,200 bht per adult, and our toddler got in for free.
The experience was well-paced and really enjoyable. We started with the animal show, which ran until 7 PM, followed by a beautiful water fountain show. At 7:30 PM, we hopped on the little train that takes you through the jungle. Seeing animals at night added a whole new layer of excitement—it felt like a real adventure.
I'm usually hesitant about places that keep animals in captivity, but this one felt different. The animals appeared healthy and well cared for. Some, like giraffes and certain antelopes, were even roaming freely in open areas. The lions looked well-fed and relaxed.
Overall, it was a memorable outing that struck a nice balance between entertainment and animal welfare. I’d definitely recommend it—especially for families with young kids."

"I visited the Safari literally to ONLY feed the giraffes as I wanted to be up close to them. Once I arrived, I got in line and thought that the food option would happen during the tram ride. Once we arrived to the part with the giraffes, I saw someone feed it and had no clue where they got the food from. The giraffe did get fairly close but I wanted to feed it and the fact that this option isn't mentioned before the tram ride is disheartening. Not to mention, the driver drove pretty fast by the animals as far as I'm concerned...barely enough time to take pictures. After I got off the tram, I noticed a booth that said food but hadn't seen it prior. I assume it was the food for the animals smh! Either way, this was a huge bummer for me and I would recommend anyone going to feed the animals, find out where you can buy the food prior to getting on the tram. Otherwise, the zoo itself was a nice experience that I really enjoyed...bathrooms where clean and the setup was nice. I also did the tram at night where you can see the other animals and I was a little taken aback that we were literally riding in pitch black. It actually seemed really unsafe and not sure why it needed to be pitch black as the animals were gonna be there regardless. I would go back but would buy food for sure to feed the giraffes and go earlier in the day to see the animals during the day"
