What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors appreciate the beautiful Mekong River views, especially the stunning sunrises from their balconies. The promenade offers a peaceful setting for walks and is conveniently located near restaurants and amenities. However, some guests report issues with bathroom odors, noise from other rooms, and a disappointing breakfast selection.
"😕Not recommended 🤔
We stayed for 1 night. The bed was comfortable and well equipped.
However;
- 😖 the bathroom stinks so much.
- 📣 you hear every noises of other rooms. And at 5h30 am a group of the hotel started doing its gym outside.
- 🥪 breakfast is a shame. You have nothing. White cheap bread, no fruits. Cold eggs or sausages.
The only positive thing is the view over the river."

"Nice spot on the river, in the original part of the city, bars and restaurants close by. Efficiently run big hotel, decent rooms even if a little tired. Nice balcony with sunrise view (coffee in the room). Breakfast buffet okay. I have no comparison as I've not stayed anywhere else in the town, but I felt we made a good choice. Good walks along the river from the hotel. For the price we paid, I would rate it highly, and would happily book it again"

"Thank gosh... Finally a comfortable bed and pillows in a Thai hotel! Slept like a baby...
Friendly staff, great view of riverside, clean room. Bar and restaurant on site, and lots of places within easy walk. Massage, Thai food, and even a great little place with Mecican.
One word of caution.. No elevator.. There are some rooms on street level (3 rd floor) and if you need handicap request on booking.
All in all, if you are coming to go across to Laos or just visiting this is a good choice to stay."
