"Must visit if in TT. The trail is easy, and I managed with running shoes. It can be slippery. While a guide is not needed, it's recommended you go in a group or follow some experienced runners of this trail.
The reward is a magnificent watefall where you can rest at its base.
MUCH THANKS to the locals who accompanied me and guided me to the falls area through some of the challenging parts of the trail
A part of this trail has a sharp bend where you must hop over some wet mossy rocks that guide a stream. This is a treacherous area.
Some of the rocks are sharp and a fall can end very badly. While people call this trail easy, it is not a trail for someone totally inexperienced with hiking and hiking discipline"
