"Stay away from this place!
We walked into a dirty apartment – the bathroom was filthy, the kitchen disgusting, and the glasses were greasy. After we complained, they said they would send a cleaning lady.She came, but told us she would clean tomorrow. The next day she arrived without any cleaning supplies and supposedly “cleaned,” but of course it wasn’t clean – she just wiped the floor with an old rag on a mop that was standing in the corner of the room. She didn’t even step into the bathroom. Under the bed there’s lots of dust and even a baby’s bib (and we don’t have children!). The kitchen is unusable.
Today I asked again for the apartment to be cleaned, but they told me they would come tomorrow. I had to bring the dirty towels myself just to get new ones. They also told me today that cleaning is done every two days – but yesterday they didn’t clean, and nobody informed us upon arrival that it’s every two days.
On top of everything, the rooms look nothing like the pictures on Google or Booking.com.
The hygiene is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this “hotel."

"Absolute crap, we had a reservation for 4 adults, they gave us a room with a single bed, the maitainance is good but that's about it. When we went to the reception to ask for a bigger room, yk one that fits 4 adults, they did give a more suitable one but we have to pay 120dt (40 euros a DAY) it's simply outrageous.
Now the beach, it's filthy and so full of jellyfish, got stung by one two minutes in, the person in charge didn't do shit, he didn't even tell us the nearest pharmacy. He just took our money and that's it. Now onto another problem, parking: too little for the amount of people who go there, like we went out with our car, when we came back not a single parking spot.
Another thing, the people living in Monastir are the most disrespectful people I have ever seen, they have zero survival skills, like you could be driving and some person stops in the middle of the road and just stares. Like move??? Also the access is crap, if you have supbar driving skills don't even bother, it's nerve wracking and people think of road regulations as mere suggestions. So be ware."

The apartment has really big rooms compared to other accommodations in the same price range. The hotel is close to the sea which makes it a nice location even though it is quite far to the city/medina (15min walk). Even though it is a big resort the Wifi was very good in our appartment.
BUT: COCKROACHES!!!!! 🪳 and the walls are super thin so you can hear your neighbours chatting"
