"Great for exploring with the dog. It gets busy but it doesn't feel overly busy on the trails. Very well kept. Cafe with great coffee. Plenty of picnic benches around the area. Plenty of parking. £1 parking for all day."

"Car parking £1 !! (& the meters were our of order for us) for an amazing park. Lots of different walks, from easypeasy to more strenuous. Stunning views, woodland, sculptures, birds everywhere, wild flowers, ponds, dragonfly, ducklings, picnic benches .. the visitor centre has a little cafe with information boards, maps etc and the most friendly and informative woman at reception. There's a little glass viewing area to watch the bird feeders (Inc a squirrel and little harvest mouse when we were there) first time I've seen a Redpoll !! Toiiet block seperate. Ample parking space, it's a one-way system for driving, so plenty of different little parking areas if you want to move around. Woodland sculptures, tree swings and rocks for families. All well maintained. Highly recommend this fabulous family friendly park."
