Reviews Summary

Visitors praise Dapdune Wharf for its free entry, charming secondhand bookshop, and the opportunity to learn about the historic River Wey. The site is considered a pleasant and educational outing for families and history buffs alike. Some found the boat trips to be short and not entirely worth the cost, and parking fees can add up for non-members.

"Parking is expensive at £5 (free if National Trust member) but that’s one set price and you don’t pay anything for entry, so it’s totally worth it. Signal is terrible so if you can’t get on Ringo, go to the cabin to pay.

We went through the exhibitions (small, interactive, quick but lovely) then down to a beautiful bookshed! The shed has lots of preloved books that are so wonderful and peculiar! The money raised from the sale of books goes towards the riverways.

We didn’t have time to do the walk too sadly but apparently it’s beautiful.

There is a tearooms with toilets & a garden."
