Reviews Summary
Visitors find Drop Redoubt a beautiful and historically fascinating place, offering a unique exploration experience with stunning views. However, some visitors have been frustrated by poor organization, particularly regarding cash-only entry fees and unclear signage, leading to wasted time and energy.
"Although absolutely knackering it was beautiful and spent ages and ages just poking around seeing everything. Best views around."

"Went to open day parked at carpark walked all the way down to redoubt went through tunnel into redoubt, queued to pay only to be told it was cash only to enter inner redoubt. Why couldn't this have been displayed at carpark or payment taken there, alternatively at entrance to sight to redoubt. I was looking forward to this but it's obvious nobody had thought of this , it's common sense. I have COPD and don't appreciate wasting my time on energy on something so badly organised"

"very interesting place to walk around, hopefully it will open as a venue one day."
