"A beautiful, easy to follow trail. I walked the pink route at a leisurely pace, with a small dog that likes to sniff everything and it took about 1h45m! You can make it longer or shorter as you please by spending time walking around the fields or just following the track.
The section that trails off into the Ashenfields (see map) is quite steep with rocky/muddy terrain so walking boots or wellies are a must! The rest of the trail is trainer friendly with paved walkways throughout as pictured. Highly recommend stopping at The Woodshed for a coffee afterwards!"

Once the firework display commenced, I was captivated by the magnificence of the pyrotechnics, as the night sky was filled with vibrant colors and intricate designs. The show featured three competing teams, each vying for the title of the best firework display, alongside last year’s winner who was invited to showcase their talents. This friendly competition heightened the excitement among the audience, as spectators eagerly cheered for their favorite team. The fireworks illuminated the sky for a total duration of approximately one hour, providing an exhilarating experience that delighted the senses. In addition to the mesmerizing fireworks, the event also boasted a variety of rides and food stands, ensuring that there was something for everyone to enjoy. Families could be seen on the carnival rides while others savored delicious treats, enhancing the joyful spirit permeating the park.
