Great location, enough parking at a good price. The rooms are a decent size with everything you might need, air conditioning, ironing board, iron, kettle tv etc. The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. I think the best aspect of the hotel is the AMAZING TEAM, everyone from reception to housekeeping and very welcoming and extremely helpful, espcial thanks to Lee who checked us in and gave us the information we were looking for. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"We arrived at the Holiday Inn Express Folkestone in the middle of the night after leaving our original accommodation due to noise and an unsafe environment. Tired and stressed, we were hoping to find a safe place to stay, and we couldn’t have been more grateful for the experience we had here.
The guy who was on the night shift (9. September to 10. September) was incredibly understanding and kind. He instantly turned our awful night around, made us feel safe, and ensured we could finally get a few hours of rest. Please give him a raise, he truly deserves it for the way he helped us!
The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the breakfast the next morning was great. This was our very first time staying at a Holiday Inn Express, as we usually go for fancier hotels or B&Bs, but the service here really impressed us.
Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a positive memory. We will definitely consider Holiday Inn Express in Folkestone again in the future!"
