"This is a beautiful place with lots going on. The river and viaduct stand out but the castle is another lovely spot for enjoying scenic views. There was also an interesting artisan market going on at the castle when we visited. The town has lots of shops and cafes, the railway station is really charming and there’s a beautiful church next to the railway station too. Lots to see and you can spend a really pleasant afternoon here."

"This wonderful little town has an astonishing viaduct. So picturesque and gives you plenty of opportunity for getting some awesome photos. Its located on the River Nidd where railway line is crossing. The best view of this beautiful viaduct is from the castle ruins on top of hill. Viaduct is a delight to see.
This Viaduct was opened in Oct 1851. Even during construction, it was collapsed but rebuilt again and its the most tourist attraction in Knaresborough. Plenty of shops, cafes and pubs around."
