"I found this bronze sculpture of two fishermen, one young and one older, standing at the wheel of their fishing boat, both poignant and remarkable for its fine detail and lifelike facial expressions. It celebrates Brixham's proud fishing heritage while remembering the local men who were lost at sea. Unveiled on 26th November 2016, it's the work of local sculptress Elisabeth Hadley, and local fishermen modelled for it. Near to it is another artwork, of a metal lobster perched on top of a pile of lobster pots. The two sculptures stand at the entrance to the inner harbour."
