"Totally appalling customer services from Vivid. Brought house last June and they still haven't honored the agreement for repairs. The back garden slabs were damaged when brought the property with cement like substance over the back patio doors. Toilets keep going wrong and now the second tap in the kitchen has gone wrong again. Repairs to taps and toilets are due to be fixed (3rd time lucky). I have lost count the number of calls now over the year with the stress and anxiety dealing with Vivid. Maybe VIVID and Highwood should allow a year from date when moved in not date of the house was built for defects. The defects notification was all rushed without long enough notice to prepare for those working during Covid (not everyone was on furlough).
If you don't have a lot of spare time like me then I would suggest to make note of all defects as you see them which is where I was caught out.
I may change my scoring if the repairs are all carried out but Highwood have been good but I don't know the relationship they have with Vivid.
One thing to add the joining walls are not great, you can hear them next door. Not sure if this common or not.
