Ad | Having been a member for over a year now of the National Trust I can honestly say it’s been one of the best investments I’ve made, and some of my days out at Glendurgan, Lanhydrock and Trelissick (all local to me) have been the highlights of my last year down in the South West. A National Trust membership gives you access to over 500 places for just £7.60 per month and, having spent more time...

"Went with friends to visit and they loved it. There is a nice garden area to explore with fallen fruit that you are allowed to have. The house has a gem of features to look at with it's history at hand to read. There is also a cafe inside the house."

"Friendly welcome from staff started visit off well and guides in rooms very interesting. The dolls house and whole room of different miniature rooms was my favourite- could have stayed all day! Small tea room with nice produce especially cakes! They have a scone of the week too. We did the 5 mile walk starting and ending at hall which was enjoyable and thankfully missed the rain. £13.20 entry for house and gardens"

"The national trust guides on the entrance were so welcoming. I am a wheelchair user . The gardens are stunning, view from the lawns to the house, a wonderful cafe by a river, tables & chairs , wooden sunloungers in the cafe garden which we opted for . The food, cakes , service excellent , being August , summer holidays the cafe was busy . An array of fun games / activities were around the lawns for families to enjoy also making a day of their outing with picnics .
The house sadly being a national trust member is not at all disabled friendly . The toilets were compact & difficult for disabled. A downside to a glorious experience . If you are a wheelchair user the grounds / cafe are very accessible, you would need however a fine weather day . The beauty of Nunnington Hall a happy memory with photos that will stay will me ."
