Great walk on the Quantocks in the sunshine! ☀️🥾. Makes me laugh how people from other parts of the UK think Somerset is just the levels and is flat everywhere. we have hills and in fact, the first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in England, the Quantocks Hills. ❤️🌲🌳 We parked at Combe House Hotel (TA5 1RZ) and headed up Holford Combe. Nikhil Chavan

"Excellent spot for walking and cycling. Stunning views!"

Waldek

"The Quantocks are a relatively small Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that, as a result, can get pretty busy at times, but they pack a variety of stunning landscapes into 99 square kilometres. The variety is almost unbelievable, from rocky coastline of Kilve to the steep-sided, woody combes and the open heathland up at the top. Spectacular views can be had from the highest vantage points and there are miles and miles of walks to enjoy. It is a place highly recommended for a visit at any time of year, but especially during late summer and early autumn when the heather and gorse provide a fabulous carpet of colour on the heathland."
