I entererd my first Crossfit competition

Iโ€™ve competed at Rainhill 4 times and Iโ€™m back down again in April, Iโ€™ve also done kit crew and judging - it is one of the best run events Iโ€™ve ever been to. Matt and the team do an amazing job and you really couldnโ€™t have picked a better competition as your first!!
