Got my first competition coming up in April, The Rainhills - you're put into 1 of 4 categories based on your seeding workout (theres 7 of these to submit middle of next month). Anyone have any advice/tips on going into first comp? wether it be from Rainhills experience or anyโฆ

Just wondering if any of you are competing this year? It's my first competition and I am completely shitting myself! If you're not, any advice of what I should be doing/eating or whatever in the lead up would be very helpful. 2 weeks away!!
I entererd my first Crossfit competition
Iโve competed at Rainhill 4 times and Iโm back down again in April, Iโve also done kit crew and judging - it is one of the best run events Iโve ever been to. Matt and the team do an amazing job and you really couldnโt have picked a better competition as your first!!
