Reviews Summary

Visitors praise the Sir Peter Scott Lighthouse as a beautiful, historic, and peaceful spot with abundant wildlife and great walking opportunities. The unique Airbnb experience is a highlight for many, though some note the accommodation's condition. The remote location means limited amenities, but the natural beauty and historical significance are widely appreciated.

"The Sir Peter Scott lighthouse is a lovely old place by the Wash. It was built in the 1800s to guide ships, and later became home to Sir Peter Scott, the famous naturalist and painter. It’s a bit weathered now, but still a peaceful spot, full of history and wildlife around it. I stopped there on my way to Outer Trial Bank. There's a carpark just a few stepps back."

Andy

"Parked in the carpark on a Sunday evening for sunset, there were boy racers there but left not long after I got there, had a walk along the bank, you can't get to the lighthouse but can take some great photos, didn't go as far as I wanted as the weather was turning, will be going back there, sign said gate locks at dusk."

Sue Lockheart

"The most amazingly beautiful spot!
Ideal for strolls or longer walks.
Views of Hunstanton, Heacham & Snettisham from Guys head...."
