Reviews Summary
Tradeston Bridge, or the 'Squiggly Bridge,' is appreciated for its unique S-shaped architecture and pleasant river views, especially on sunny days. It serves as a convenient pedestrian and cycle link. However, some visitors find the surrounding promenade lacking in amenities and occasionally marred by litter and graffiti, detracting from the overall atmosphere.
"This is a stunning destination that truly comes alive on a sunny day. The serene atmosphere invites you to unwind and soak in the surroundings. With its convenient access to the bustling city center, it serves as a perfect retreat from the urban hustle. Here, you can settle in comfortably and let your worries drift away while you admire the breathtaking views that stretch before you. "An interesting pedestrian cross bridge (no cars) over the river Clyde. I like its architecture. However, sadly, I find the promenade along the river pretty depressing. We have strolled there during sunny Saturday afternoon and it was quite empty with just few groups of loud drinking young people here and there. It didn’t feel unsafe but was disturbing. I was lacking some cafes and facilities which would attract people to spend more time here and contribute to the good vibe."

"Nice pedestrian lane to go across the River Clyde, wasn’t so busy when we were there. Sad that we saw lots of trash in the river (maybe due to the rains/floods in the days prior), and unsightly graffiti on the bridge."
