"Great starting point for a 8+ mile hike. We did Thunderbolt up to summit then back Gould."

"A "must visit" for an easy, flat, beautiful 1.7 mile walking loop. It starts near the new outdoor recreation center, which has restrooms, including an all gender option, and water. The trail has spectacular views of the mountain and goes alongside a pond, meadows of flowers, and some forest w/shade. It is a stone dust/gravel path. I recommend going counterclockwise. There are picnic tables close to the start near the pond if you go clockwise.
When you pull into the road to the property, drive past the first parking area until you see a paved road going up to the recreation center. That is a big paved parking lot that even has EV chargers!
There are a bunch of other trails and parking areas too. I think some mtb trails, but I did not check those out."
Jessica Milan
"Wide gravel trail with stunning views of Greylock mountain. Used Gould Rd access point to get to the trail. At the moment there is a construction at Thiel Rd but you can still finish the loop by going along the construction fence."
