"Had an absolutely amazing experience. Rode all 7 rides we wanted to in the day. I would definitely recommend buying the lightning pass for the Radiator Springs Racers ride. So worth it and it's one of the best rides in the park. Recommend being in a viewing area for the parade and staying for the World of Color show. Both were great. Food is also amazing and the mobile ordering was so convenient."

"My family and I stayed at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and went to Disneyland and California Adventure. My reviews will have similar wording, but the overall review will differ.
The family had access to both parks for four days, and we did as much as possible with a 2-year-old. I think we did about 90-95% of the rides. This is the only time we have ever gone to these parks.
California Adventure was a great time! The Monster Inc. ride was entertaining. My 2-year-old got a little scared during the ride, but it is fun for everyone. My daughter's favorite ride was the Spiderman web slinger. During the entire ride, you throw your hand at the screen to destroy spider bits. Warning It does give a good arm workout.
Another ride that I enjoyed a lot was the Toy Midway Mania. It's a ride that uses a play on a carnival attraction, using a miniature cannon and shooting at a screen of different targets, trying to get a high score. What's cool is that you can practice your shots if you are on standby.
Another ride my daughter enjoyed was The Little Mermaid. We have gone on that ride four times. It's easy, and the music is fun—straight out of the original movie.
We ate at Smokejumpers. I had a standard BBQ bacon-style burger. It was good; I have no complaints.
The Ferris wheel was fun. To add a little spice to that ride, you have to go on the rolling carts.
Please pay attention to the Disneyland app to find characters and get your photos, like Spiderman. Speaking of which, the Spiderman show was entertaining.
There is an excellent light show that starts at 09:00pm. You can reserve a special spot on the Disneyland app at 12:00pm. You must reserve right at 12:00pm because it will go out fast. It is free to reserve. If you are unlucky and didn't reserve, grab a spot on the bridge leading to Pixar Pier. You must hold a spot around 7:30pm for a good view. I would argue that the view of the bridge is better. The light show is based on the Inside Out characters, but they go through many different Disney songs and movies—the lights and characters are projected onto a water fountain."
