"My first time staying at a Bally's. Overall I enjoyed my stay. I think the location is great. Everything that u would want or need is pretty close. The people at the hotel from the front desk, to security, to housekeeping. Very kind and helpful. The rooms were cool, but very small and dated. However they did some renovations to the bally tower and those rooms seem pretty nice. They are still renovating so I the side I stayed was not that nice. However once I got in to the room and seen it had a tube I had to request to be put in a room with a standing shower. As I just had knees surgery and could not get in and out of the tube. They did switch my room for no additional charge and that room was very nice. So I would go back and recommend people try it. Just be prepared if you use to 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ hotel this ain't it. More like. 3-4"

"Good casino hotel. Love that they have so many options to eat. Not crazy that most of them open at 4. So limited lunch options.
The rooms are very dated. The carpet felt like someone poured juice all over the carpets for years and they did a shotty job of cleaning it up. I didn't want to walk on the carpet barefoot. The tub was semi clogged so while showering you end up standing in a shallow puddle of water because the tub doesn't drain fast enough. When checking in, I was booked for one bed, I requested two ahead of time. The front desk agent was kind and tried to assist. She went to speak to her manager in the back and he told her to tell me I would need to call their manager to help with the issue. What hotel ever asks guests to call their manager??!!! It was a strange request. She was able to find me another room in another tower. She was a gem and had so much patience. I probably won't come back with so many issues."

"I enjoyed my stay here, the room was fine, expensive for what it was but cheaper than some of the nearby Casino/hotels.
Be aware (especially if you've never been to a Casino before), smoking is allowed inside the Casino, also our room was 'no smoking' (we don't smoke) and it smelled of stale cigarette smoke, anyway we didn't let it put us off, the room was huge, the bed was comfy & we slept well.
Also be aware that there's a beach bar across the boardwalk with a band playing LOUD at least till midnight, so definitely bring earplugs/noise cancelling headphones in case you get a room facing the beach.
Breakfast in the Casino grille on 6th floor was great.
The revolving bar is awesome, the bartenders were great too.
Parking for people staying at the hotel is $10, don't toss the red folder thing your room key cards are kept in you'll need that to show the attendant for the $10 charge. Location is superb, right on the Boardwalk across from the beach. We had great fun!"
