What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Guests generally praise the renovated rooms, especially in the Centurion and Ocean Towers, and appreciate the diverse dining options like Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill and Nobu. The adults-only rooftop pool is a highlight for its vibe and amenities. However, some visitors note long check-in lines, thin walls leading to noise issues, and outdated common areas in older sections. Dining prices can be high, and the overall experience might lean more towards adult entertainment.
"My husband and I just had the best weekend at this amazing hotel! Checking in was a breeze, and the ladies at the reception were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was gorgeous, and the bed? Super comfy! We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great getaway!"

"What a wonderful mini vacation. Rooms are huge and well maintained. Bakery near the lobby is so convenient and yummy. Had so much fun playing blackjack. Dealers were amazing, especially Troy, she was my favorite! Will definitely be returning here. Thank you for a fun time!"

"My review is for people who want an informed decision about their time here. I was here beginning of August. So things could be different for you.
Garage options are valet and self park. If you are a Caesar card holder of their tier system it is free, but I would check with guests services.
The check in took a long time. Only one person checking in guests. We arrived early and then later on the evening the lines got even longer.
The hotel lobby restroom is very outdated.
Ate at Gordon Ramsey pub. Convenient. But like franchise quality food.
Casino is at expected and guest services was good.
We had a room in the newer renovated tower - ocean. All towers are different and the reviews on that are already on here.
Even though our room was nice and very clean, (loved the tub and the gold bathroom fixtures the room was very on brand)— The walls were very very thin for us. We heard the people in the next room. Like every word, loud and clear. Had to call security twice to ask them to lower their volume as it was getting close to midnight and already was in bed for two hours trying to sleep.
We roamed around the surrounding areas. Outlet- etc. Sirens every five minutes. Indicative of the crime and drug issues. Didn’t feel safe. The municipal area of AC is better kept up. Actually paved roads and not so many potholes. A lot of long and hardened faces, which I felt for but didn’t want to absorb.
Anyway, that’s how my stay was. Hope it helps."
