"First time visiting. We stayed in the newly renovated section, waterfront tower, and it was very very nice. Room was spacious, up to date, clean and the bed was comfortable. I also liked the fact we had a nice view and our own thermostat. Cleaning crew was always accommodating each morning giving us clean towels. The restaurants at the hotel are a bit limited but good. During our stay we attended a pool party which was a fun time. Overall great experience and would visit again. I suggest checking in on the tablets they have vs waiting for an employee at the front desk if you want to save yourself time. We arrived on a Thursday so check in took less than 5 minutes however expect a line on the weekends. Casino for those who gamble has many options as well. Lastly parking was only $10 for our entire stay which I was very surprised about. Thanks again!"

"First of all, they charge you a resort fee. Around 3 o’clock in the afternoon I go down to the pool they charged us $32 to use the pool which should’ve been a part of the resort fee, they had a sign in front of the area of the pool displaying times of operation, which was 10 AM to 7 PM I paid. I took a break. Went upstairs to use the bathroom when I came back downstairs at 5:05 The pool area was closed. I took a picture of the signs that posted that the pool area was open from 10 AM to 7 PM. It was also confirmed by the attendant that the hours was 10 AM to 7 PM. Prior to leaving, I spoke to the pool manager who agreed that he would refund $32. He didn’t keep his word and I was still billed for service is not provided. This is an ongoing scam. I wasn’t the only one that was a victim of this scam. The hotel allows the pool to build the room that’s attached to your credit card, but when you go and try to settle a matter with the hotel manager, the hotel representatives informed you that they have nothing to do with the bill of the pool and that’s it owned by a private company. Once again, this is part of a scam. If you can receive payments from my credit card you should be able to make adjustments when there’s a error is not due to the customer. The pool is your partner when you wanna take money off of my account using my card, but it’s A private company when I have to dispute charges"

"Spent 5 days here. The wait for check in is astronomically ridiculous. Waited over an hour to check in due to only one representative being at the next to do check in and out. First room, the bathroom smelled like a rancid sewer and it only got worse by the day. There was also no complimentary soap or toilet paper in the room. Day 2 we couldn’t take it no more and asked for a room change. That went smoothly and the 2nd room was fine with the exception of some light switches not working. There are 2 pools one is a family pool which is packed and the other one is an adult pool of which is only open on certain days/hours; not to mention that you have to pay to get into it as well as show ID that you are 21 or over. Food in the restaurants were very good to say the least. Parking is “free” however I was told at the front desk that they charge $10 for parking and you can come and go as you please. At the end of our experience while checking out I seen multiple miscellaneous charges that wasn’t explained to me. I was told at check in I’d get 130 back they were just charging $10 for the parking. Well all the miscellaneous charges completely took the rest of that money. This place is not on the boardwalk but more or less sits on a foul smelling marsh. I’d recommend Tropicana or Caesar’s where you can step out of the hotel onto the boardwalk or to the beach."
