Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the Augusta Springs Wetlands Trail's beauty, peace, and accessibility. It's praised as a great spot for easy walks, birding, and enjoying nature, with the boardwalk and historical remnants adding unique appeal. Some note that summer overgrowth can obscure historical sites and the restroom facilities are basic.
"What a beautiful nature trail and walk. Non strenuous walk, almost 2 miles with no hill climbing and a few benches along the way to sit and enjoy what you see. Close to the entrance are Picnic benches and 1 durable restroom( bring hand sanitizer, no running water, was well cleaned). This is handicapped accessible so I could bring any family member here. It was great to enjoy alone as well. Absolutely gorgeous views. I'm so glad I stopped."

"A great loop trail in Augusta County. Great for walking, birding, walking with little kids and/or dogs. Some of the trail is a built up boardwalk that turns into dirt. Flat, easy walk and a great way to get in the woods for anyone."
