"The view from the room was beautiful, overlooking the Red River from way up high. There were a number of things broken throughout the room so I cannot give it a full-five stars at the price-range I had paid at the time. The casino was small, but fine. Some interesting various different casino amenities, not a whole lot to write home about, but it was fine. It had a bit of an old-school kind of vibe to the place."

"Recently stayed in a king deluxe. Room was clean, very spacious & comfortable. This room may have had the largest bathtub I've ever seen! Very nice overall room. Comfy bed. Room seemed so quiet, no noisey neighbors which was also nice! Downsides, TV only offered locals with no Netflix, YouTube or other streaming apps to sign into. No USB ports. Refrigerator only, no microwave. Pod coffee maker didnt work. Hotel was clean, staff throughout the hotel were all very friendly & helpful. Visited several on site restaurants & not one bad meal was had. Highly recommend the Port & Benions steaks house! Casino seemed a bit stingy but we arent big gamblers. Would stay again."

"We had an absolute amazing experience at Horseshoe Casino and Hotel. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and nice. The bed was comfortable. Also, the casino staff was great as well. And we even walk out with a little extra cash in our pockets. We will be visiting again for sure. 10/10 recommend."
