"Check-in was quite fast and courteous. Upon arrival I asked for extra coffee and it was brought to my room. The next morning I asked for more coffee and was told he would leave it on our door because he couldn’t go in our room. When we arrived that afternoon, it was not there. I tried to call the front desk and nothing would work on the phone unless I wanted to call long distance or local but I could not reach the hotel front desk, housekeeping or any other services listed on the phone. After showering there were no floor towels to step out on Either. Getting beverages in the casino was fairly easy but a long wait sometimes. We did dine in the restaurant and our food came out fast and hot and everything was perfect. We love coming to Bally’s because of the variety of gaming they offer."
