"We drove from Plano, Tx as a simple get away weekend. If you are familiar with the drive most times you will be delayed. The front desk check in made our process very accommodating, we arrived at 2a and they still honored the room. Valet was very accommodating SHOUT OUT TO ERIC for the assistance.
The room could have been wiped down more, but overall no dirty sheets or towels
The casino floor itself is very spacious and the machines weren’t stingy 🤭 the floor staff was very welcoming especially the cashier rep Tabatha. She made sure my family and I received all the best accommodations while visiting. I will definitely be returning."

"Just visited this establishment this past weekend and the appearance of the inside of the hotel is wonderful! If you are someone with a handicapped placard, just note that anytime in the afternoon or night, you will not find a handicapped spot. It may be a longer walk for you that could be difficult.Especially if you use a wheelchair.
One good thing that I like is that if you are a veteran or active duty, you get a member advantage card which is different than a regular player's card. As a new member, I got extra benefits because of being veteran. I also love that you get twenty percent off in restaurants.Such as jimmy's seafood and steak. Out of all the casinos that i've ever been to around the united states.I would have to say this one had the best odds of winning.
Checking into the hotel though was kind of mediocre. There's not a lot of front desk staff to check you in.There were only two when we arrived.That day and no one is in any hurry to apologize for the long wait.You are just standing in line for a while. The elevators were kind of jolting when it comes to a stop.But the atmosphere of the elevator in the hallways, and the room door colors was wonderful.
I did not like that.There was no microwave inside the room, but they do offer a mini fridge, as well as one of those little individual coffee pots where you put the coffee tray in. I do not drink coffee, so that's not something that worked for me.
The cleanliness of the room could have been better as far as the service members, sweeping up the room and making sure that the chairs in the room were clean. Do love the walk in shower though. The bathroom was really nice, but they do not offer lotion like most hotels do. All in all though, I would have to say the hotel is comfortable.And the casino is nice, but it is not non smoking. May visit the casino again, but probably will not stay here again."

"We went to this casino specifically to catch a Billy Bob Thornton concert performance. We also did some gambling and paid the casinos light bill for probably 2 minutes, which means we lost our money but we had a wonderful time. Staff is friendly, facility is clean. Concert venue was very nice. My friend that I took for her birthday is disabled and accommodations to seat her promptly was much appreciated and unexpected. We had a wonderful experience over all at this casino!"
