Visitors consistently praise the breathtaking beauty of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral and its well-maintained historic cemetery, noting the unique raised coffins as a point of interest. "Cool church and cemetery right across from the South Carolina state house. Would have liked to seen the inside of the church, but the doors were locked. The cemetery was interesting with raised coffins. The dates were obviously very old. But this is the first I've seen anything like this out of New Orleans."
Brian Dible
"A beautiful historic church with a cemetery, with several notable historic burials, right next to it."
Paul Clawson
"This historic church was breathtaking! It was beautiful and well maintained with a historic graveyard. Has a nice brick walkway going throughout the cemetery which makes wandering the area much easier. We used off street parking, but I seen a sign for parking so they do offer both options. If you’re in the area, you should definitely stop by."
