"We were there for Bluegrass Festival. There was a long line to enter the park. No fault of the park I think we all arrive early at the same time. It wasn't a long wait. The park was nice. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. We did not use them but I did look in to see. They had many vendors and several food trucks. We were there in May and the weather was perfect. We did have a huge thunderstorm roll in but we were fine. I would go back again. We stayed 4 nights. People at the park were very friendly."

"One of My Favorite Hidden Gems – Denton Farm Park!
If you’ve never been to Denton Farm Park, do yourself a favor and put it on your list—seriously, it’s one of my favorite places to visit year-round. This isn’t your typical park—it’s a living slice of history with a hometown charm that’s hard to beat.
They host monthly events like the Thresher’s Reunion, Military Day, and the Country Christmas Train, and let me tell you—each one feels like a full-blown local festival. There’s something magical about how they blend history, community, and good old-fashioned fun.
What really sets Denton Farm Park apart is its incredible use of steam power. Nearly everything in the park runs on steam—from the working sawmill and massive crane (yes, really a crane!), to the printing press and even the train that takes you through the grounds. Walking through the park is like stepping straight into the past—in the best way possible.
Another huge bonus? It’s a pet-friendly location! Well-behaved dogs are welcome to attend, which is a big deal for us. We work with service and therapy dogs in training, so getting them out to public, dog-welcoming events like this is incredibly important for their socialization and public access skills. The atmosphere is always relaxed, respectful, and full of friendly faces (both human and canine).
But here’s my favorite part: the people. I normally hate crowds. I avoid packed events like the plague. But this place? It's different. The crowd is full of friendly, respectful, genuinely kind people. No pushing, no chaos—just a bunch of folks who are there to enjoy a great day and connect over shared interests. It's a rare kind of atmosphere that feels more like a community than a crowd.
Whether you're into history, looking for a family outing, or just want a unique and wholesome experience, I can’t recommend Denton Farm Park enough. Go once, and I guarantee you’ll want to go back."

"I attended the antique and vintage festival at the Denton Farm Park the second weekend in September. It is a full three day festival you can come for one or you can stay for all three and you can bring your motorhome or campers. They have hook ups and they also have showers and bathrooms if your camper does not come equipped with those items. We brought a golf cart, which was great because it’s such a large area to cover, but it is doable. Just bring your tennis shoes and a few Band-Aids for blisters. A quick reminder if you do bring your golf cart make sure you bring proof of insurance and you’ll have to pay a charge to have the golf cart along with a seven dollar admission fee for each person. They also have an amazing auction which usually starts at 10:30 on Saturday or Sunday or maybe even both days. I’m not sure and you will see some amazing items like a original golf, gas sign, vintage bicycles, old cars, and even vintage camper are for sale at the auction and usually an average person can afford these items. Trust me I don’t go too expensive auction.
Once inside the festival, be prepared to be amazed it is out of this world. You will find everything from vintage Levi’s to gas pumps to baby strollers to World War I artifacts just whatever your Collection needs you will find it there. And to finish off my review, every person I encountered at this festival whether employees are another patron. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was like a large family . Oh, I don’t wanna forget about the food. The lines are long. It’s not very nutritious, it’s festival food, i.e.hotdogs , donuts, more hotdogs, and maybe some chicken, etc.… The food prices are a little bit high, I am not complaining about the prices. I just wanted you to be aware I’ll pay two dollars for a donut. Any day with extra glaze.🥰 that’s it I’ll see you there!"
