"I liked this hike but I would have to disagree with the description that it's a nice easy hike and an easy walk for beginners! Most internet descriptions call it a moderate hike, I even saw one that described it as moderate to difficult. It is constant uphill and the majority of the trail I would describe as rough or even very rough. And knowing that there was a portion at the top that you could almost consider a scramble I didn't make it to the top this time. There is still good views from the overlook and I really enjoyed the wildflowers!"
