Reviews Summary

While McGregor Boulevard itself is a public road and not a managed property, reviews associated with 'Royal Palm' management companies indicate mixed experiences. Some praise prompt maintenance and responsive management, while others report issues with fees, inspections, and rental application processes. It's important to distinguish between the natural attraction and property management services.

"Updated review:
it does not matter how well you personally clean your apartment or home with Royal Palm you MUST hire a professional cleaner and submit receipts or you will be charged an exorbitant fee for them to (maybe) hire a cleaner after the fact. Better yet might as well save yourself the time and not clean at all so the cleaners they hire have something to do to earn what you’re charged.

The website clearly states : Move out inspections will be completed within 48 hours of us receiving keys. You can find this completed inspection afterward on your resident portal.

I never received this inspection and requesting it has gotten me nowhere. My response was : The assessment is for internal use only and will not be shared.

That to me seems more like you’ve got something to hide? Will be continuing my complaint with the BBB."

"I've been renting from Golf Meadow apartments for many years now. It's conveniently located between US 41 and McGregor blvd, across from the Public golf course and The Country club, minutes away from the Downtown River District, some restaurants and the Edison Mall. Since the Royal Palm Management company took over, which has only been a few months, from long time neglected repairs to maintenance of the property along with necessary improvements this group started taking care of business on day one. We can see the transformation happen right before our eyes. Amazing! As soon as you call about your needs they respond immediately which to me means they genuinely CARE. You're treated like family. We're in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood here. And the rentals are reasonable. What else do you want. I also heard that they're "just getting started"."

"They make money in application for house These people make money when you pay to apply for a house, but they will never rent the house to you. If they don't make the amount of money they want from the application, they will never rent the house. Please becareful. To find out, I had 5 of my friends apply for a house. Each of them submitted their application separately. My friends have good incomes and good jobs. Royal Palm rejected all of them. #royalpalmpropertyscam"
