"We stopped to see the building's exterior since it was closed and a stage was being set up for an event.
We spent some time walking around the exterior and reading the historical placards.
There is a lot of history at this location.
We asked a man dressed up in a period-era uniform what was going to take place and what time it started. He only told us he was supposed to be there at a certain time and wasn't sure what time the event started.
We didn't stay long since we had other locations we wanted to attend, but we had a good time watching them set up and walking around the grounds."

"Beautiful historical building. Meter parking on the street surrounding City Hall. Well kept outside grounds with a water fountain, benches, brick walkways and a peaceful area to sit. It's super safe and super clean. The building interior is nicely restored. It's a great reflection of this building city. Upon entering there is security and and information desk. Bathrooms are clean. Everyone is friendly and nice. The buildings around this building all have plaques telling you a piece of history that happened there. Including a visit from Abraham Lincoln."
