📌Save these dog-friendly hikes for your June adventures in Colorado🐕 These are our favorite early summer trails. Each contains some sun, some shade, and are a little higher elevation than the super exposed front-front range trails, so will sty a bit cooler (depending on the day - always check weather!) Reviews Summary

Visitors praise Centennial Cone Park for its stunning mountain views, abundant wildflowers, and diverse trail options suitable for both hiking and biking. The park offers a peaceful escape with well-maintained, albeit sometimes challenging, terrain. Some caution is advised due to potential rattlesnake encounters and loose rocks on trails.

"Empty on a June Friday 3. Nice view and bathrooms. Not far from 6 up steep but paved roads. Picture of dirt road is the first part of the hiking trail not the road you drive up.

I mountain biked it. As a trail, I would say its a very bikeable hiking trail, but isn't a "mountain biking" trail with berms and stuff. Go clockwise so your last long climb is in the shade."

Jared Wells

"Challenging mtb trails but hiking should be a little easier. A lot of loose rock on the trails makes it challenging to ride. Good signage and facilities."

Tony S.

"Not too crowded, great mixed terrain, perfect for both jogging/hiking or biking. Multiple options for both loops of shaded trails or sunny exposed trails. Incredible views and abundance of wildflowers."
