"Nice, spacious, clean & well maintained Library with an amazing selection of resourceful information. I’ve spent many hours at this Library, certainly a great place to study with little to no distractions. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Great experience everytime I visit!!!"

"The library itself is large, gorgeous and very well-stocked with a vast array of resources, but visitors should be aware that the surrounding area isn’t safe—definitely LOCK YOUR CAR.
While some of the library staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, our experience in the Western Maryland Room was disappointing. The man working there exuded an attitude of dismissiveness, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued patrons. Even asking to see a book turned into a struggle, and his random comment about not being allowed use their printer, something we never asked about, was odd and off-putting. The two women in the room were more helpful, but the overall experience left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome."

"My daughter and I go here often, and they have lovely staff. Very helpful, and it’s truly a nice library.
The drug addicts congregate here, however. Today, I just witnessed a guy trying to break into everyone’s vehicles parked along the library while I was waiting for my child to pick more books out. Be careful if you are driving here; leave no valuables in sight and lock your cars."
