What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Upper Valley Aquatic Center for its clean facilities, friendly staff, and excellent amenities like the indoor splash park and lazy river, making it a great spot for families and fitness enthusiasts. However, some have experienced disappointment due to unexpected capacity limits and lack of clear communication about potential closures or wait times during swim lessons.
"Called ahead to check capacity as the website recommends (we're not at capacity and probably won't be today), drove an hour to get here with our baby for her first swim, find out it's a 45 minute wait and it closes in an hour. Pool closes in 45 minutes. It's bad enough a day pass is nearly $20, but to drive an hour and not even be able to swim? Really doubt we'll be back."

What a great spot! The staff was so friendly and welcoming and the facility was clean and well maintained. I wish we had something similar in our town."

"Never been, so called ahead to inquire about restrictions for the afternoon and was told all was open, just the splashpad fountains would be off for the ongoing swim lessons. We packed up our two young kids and drove a half hour there only to find out the pool was too full to swim. Not sure we'll be back. Really disappointed our toddler and ruined our afternoon outing. This was a weekday. I should have been told this was a possibility and given info on less busy hours when I called. Don't go when there are lessons."
