There is a closed dog park and playground for kids..Tables are available to sit and have picnic. Bathroom is available in this location. The highlight is definitely the amazing New York City skyline view, which looks especially beautiful when it is dark.

playground is kept clean and there is a restroom you can use by the Kayak rentals although there is no changing table.
