"This is a historic hotel. It needs restoration. But it is an absolute gem! The staff are amazing! The services are amazing! The dining room for the Friday Night Seafood is fantastic!!! The other evenings are also wonderful and the Sunday Buffet is outstanding. The pool is nice and the pool staff keeps the towels coming and are there to assist. The trails out back are great. The pet floor and policy Fabulous and out dog enjoyed her stay as well as the locals are so dog friendly! The spa with the baths on the third floor were also fantastic! Those ladies make you feel like a million bucks! We will be back!"

"I grew up in Hot Springs and I had never stayed at the Arlington. Always staying with family when in town. Since I was attending my 50th High School Reunion which was at the Arlington, I decided this was my opportunity. While all the staff we encountered was so friendly and accommodating, the facilities are very lacking. Our room was like taking a step back in time 50 years. The bed was, thankfully, extrely comfortable. The walls are thin, the pipes knock all night long as well as the faucets dripping. Paint is peeling and bubbled everywhere and the carpets are worn. Every person who walks down the hallway can be heard. I think parking is typical of any downtown hotel in any city. Either valet, if it isn't full, or an old parking garage. Plan to spend $22 to $30 a day. It is very convenient to downtown activity and hiking. For this weekend, it was fine as we could just run up to our room from the reunion, but we won't stay again. If you are in to nostalgia and/or want to be downtown, it works. But, be prepared, it is not new and modern."

"We really enjoyed our stay. It is a 100 year old building and is undergoing renovation/ restoration, so everything isn't pristine. But the friendliness and quality of service was exceptional. The bar & lounge was lovely. We had thermal bath treatments in the thermal spa and it felt great after 2 days in the car. Tyler was a fun and professional bath attendant. My husband enjoyed his bath too! Looking forward to a return visit."
