And that is the spirit we enjoy at St. Paul’s by the Sea Episcopal Church. While we had not attended church for several years, there emerged a longing to return. We shared this with a friend who suggested we visit St. Paul’s by the Sea Episcopal Church, Jacksonville Beach. Due to our life-long Baptist background, we were apprehensive since we knew nothing about the Episcopal Church. I went to the Episcopal web site and was comfortable with what I read. Even so, it was our intent to visit several churches before choosing. It was not necessary. After our first visit to St. Paul’s, we recognized God was guiding us. We did not visit another church. Here we are years later and happy to claim St. Paul’s by the Sea Episcopal Church as our Home and Family."
