"We love Boyd, but this facility could be much better. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4:45, then we had the hardest time getting a waitress to come around and give us a drink. We eventually sat at the bar and those guys were amazing."

"I don’t know if we were just in an odd room but it was really dark. I mean so dark we had to move our suitcases next to a lamp to see. The vanity was in the hallway. Furniture was old and bed terribly uncomfortable. It was just a bit tacky. The staff was great but we were really disappointed that the bar outside the casino shuts down at 10 on the weekends. We were there for business and not gamblers so this was a bit disappointing. We just do not feel that we got the value for how much we paid for our room."
